Refund regulations will be handled in accordance with Article 24 of the Cram School Establishment and Management Guidelines:
1. Students who apply for a refund before the actual start date of classes shall be refunded 90% of the total agreed fees for the current class start date. However, the 10% portion of the amount collected that exceeds NT$1,000 shall still be refunded.
2. If a student applies for a refund from the actual start date of the course but less than one-third of the full term or the total course hours, one-half of the total agreed-upon fee for the start of the current term shall be refunded.
3. If a student applies for a refund during a period that reaches more than one-third of the entire semester or the total course hours, the fees agreed upon for the start of the current period will not be refunded in full.
