About Vicky Tsai

Master of Business Administration from National Sun Yat-sen University, majoring in strategy and brand marketing. He has served as brand/marketing manager for major well-known foreign companies such as Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and NIVEA. He has more than ten years of experience in brand marketing. . Regardless of projects such as market share increase, brand transformation, brand establishment, revenue improvement and other projects, the company has achieved very outstanding results. He has extensive experience in corporate training, brand consulting, and MBA teaching, and is currently the marketing director of Hefeng Systems Co., Ltd.

        Completion Certificate

        After completing the brand marketing and positioning course behind foreign investors, we will issue a certificate of completion. The certificate can be placed on LinkedIn to prove your marketing abilities.

        The course requires a project, but I have no experience, what should I do?

        The weekly homework of this course is related to the project. You can work on the project while taking class and learn step by step.

        Can I have a phone consultation before registering?

        How do I get a certificate of completion?

        You have to attend online classes or watch videos, pass the exam, and participate in the group presentation in the last week, so that you can get the certification.

        Can I open a general editor?

        Yes, if you choose to issue a unified editor when registering, we will provide an invoice within three working days after receiving the payment.

        If the actual class content is not as expected, can I get a refund?

        Refund regulations will be handled in accordance with Article 24 of the Cram School Establishment and Management Guidelines:

        1. Students who apply for a refund before the actual start date of classes shall be refunded 90% of the total agreed fees for the current class start date. However, the 10% portion of the amount collected that exceeds NT$1,000 shall still be refunded.

        2. If a student applies for a refund from the actual start date of the course but less than one-third of the full term or the total course hours, one-half of the total agreed-upon fee for the start of the current term shall be refunded.

        3. If a student applies for a refund during a period that reaches more than one-third of the entire semester or the total course hours, the fees agreed upon for the start of the current period will not be refunded in full.

        What should I do if I don’t have time to attend every live class?

        There are video files and course group discussions.

        Will watching videos or missing live classes cause me to fall behind?

        There is a teacher's exclusive line to accompany the teaching and ask questions at any time.
