Julian Leung, Ex-Product Localization Manager of Airbnb, APAC, specializes in international expansion and localization with 7+ years of experience in digital product management. He is one of the earliest employees and first-ever Product Manager hired for Airbnb, WeWork, and GOAT in APAC.
During his close to 4-year tenure at Airbnb, Julian initiated and implemented comprehensive localization strategies for growth. Some of his notable achievements include optimizing translation and localization workflows, improving and designing new features to the translation tool, performing market research, redesigning landing pages and adopting local solutions for users in China. He managed a team of 30+translators for 10 APAC languages and led products for growth in the China market with 14+ team members.
